1 WHY IS THERE A FEE? Card payments are processed through a secure site operated by Western Union. At this time, our regulated rates don't allow us to absorb the cost of this service.

Automatic Bill Payment

Our Auto-Pay service automatically pays your bill directly from your bank account on the due date, ensuring that your payment is never late. You will still receive a monthly statement showing the amount you owe, how much natural gas you used and the date that your payment will be withdrawn. You can even get an email reminder about your payment.

Automatic Bill Payment is provided by KeyPay, a service of Key Bank, NA. To enroll, click here.  Automatic payment will start with the next bill following your enrollment.

If you’re already registered on KeyPay, you can update your user profile at any time: change your banking information or email address; stop, suspend or restart automatic payments; or make a one-time payment. To continue to the KeyPay website to edit your profile, click here.

Budget Payment Plan

Our Budget Plan is a great way to stay on top of your utility finances all year long. The plan allows you to pay one amount year round, making your winter bills more manageable. We estimate your gas cost based on your previous twelve months of gas usage and distribute that cost evenly over the full twelve months of the year. We also review your account periodically to make sure your bills are in line with that average and adjust your payments accordingly.
